Measures of Academic Progress™ (MAP) |
Our educational system qualifies our students to have spider web tests as the MAP Test.
The students take the MAP Test three times per year and till now, since we started only by the end of last year, we did it twice.
1.To find out exactly where you are performing
2. To help your teacher know what you should be working on to improve
grade level is assigned a challenge for the year. Every student in the class has the opportunity to meet the challenge each month until the end of the year. When they demonstrate that they have learned the challenge, they are awarded a T-shirt!
The challenge is not necessarily taught in class, but is often a skill or knowledge the students work on at home. Students have to decide that they are willing to take the challenge, and work towards success. Our goal is to choose a challenge that will be useful for a long time, such as tying your shoe or learning the multiplication table. At the end of the year, we will have a big celebration with all the students who have met the challenge during the year. We hope that everyone in International Liberty School will celebrate with us!
